Our son is very scared of the dentist and was hesitant to go. They got us in quickly and my son felt he had the best experience ever. Dr. Shebani and staff were beyond exceptional! They handled him with kindness, compassion, calming, patience, and so much more. The check-in process and confirming insurance was seamless. The office is very inviting. Note from our son - This was the BEST doctor visit I have ever had. :D

We initially had a great experience with this office, but after my daughter’s tongue and lip tie revisions, I cannot recommend them for infant oral tie procedures. Parents are required to hold their child during the procedure. I have another child who had a tongue tie revision performed by a different provider, and that procedure took about 10 seconds. In contrast, my daughter’s procedure at this office lasted approximately 45 minutes. What was expected to be a tongue and lip tie revision became six separate revisions. My daughter had an extremely difficult recovery. She refused to eat, cried for days afterward, and continues to have ongoing issues. Every procedure has risks, but I encourage parents to ask detailed questions about the provider’s technique, what the procedure will involve, and what recovery may realistically look like before moving forward.

Dr. Charlie Coulter is truly exceptional—one of those rare pediatric dentists who transforms what can be a stressful experience into something genuinely positive and even joyful. From the moment you walk in, his calm, warm presence immediately puts both children and parents at ease. He has a gentle, reassuring way about him that makes kids feel safe, seen, and cared for. What sets Dr. Coulter apart is his incredible ability to connect with every child as an individual. Whether a child is shy, energetic, nervous, or curious, he instinctively knows how to meet them where they are—with playfulness, patience, and kindness. He engages them in a way that feels natural and fun, often turning appointments into something they actually look forward to. His demeanor is consistently sweet, attentive, and unhurried. You never feel rushed; instead, you feel like your child truly matters. He explains things in a way that builds trust and confidence, empowering kids while keeping them completely at ease. It’s clear that Dr. Coulter doesn’t just practice pediatric dentistry—he has a genuine gift for working with children. His office feels welcoming and upbeat, and his approach leaves a lasting i

When you approach this building it’s very inviting and colorful! We were referred here by a friend of mine. Sometimes that’s all it takes right? I read the reviews for this place as I was sitting in the lobby. The common negative review piece I kept seeing was about “Time” or waiting in the Lobby. So let’s address this for everyone! Especially for the parents! Hope this helps ease the mind. This was my daughters 1st visit! In most cases children are terrified going into the unknown. My experience as a child at the dentist was horrible along with my wife’s! So you could only imagine my concern and trying to stay poised for my daughters sake. We didn’t have to wait long, however this is my take on “Time or Waiting” at the Dentist with these little impressionable minds. DON’T RUSH IT! Put yourself in this scenario. Your child terrified, nervous or had a bad experience prior. Young and not understanding what’s happening. You would want the dentist to take the time to slow down and have calming movements to makes things go smoothly! Now that being said, out of the way! Knowing how children are with a dentist I’d gladly wait so that they get proper treatment and are excited about com
